The anti-abrasive hoses are manufactured to resist wear by contact with abrasive material, whether they are air-driven aggregates or fluids with abrasive particle contents. An example is the hoses used for the transfer of aggregates in cement, quarries, foundries etc … Also the sweeping machines require hoses with this property, especially those that work collecting aggregates. There are different materials suitable for this use, although the most suitable material to achieve this anti-abrasive property is natural rubber, NR. Our NR rubber formulation is certified for durability of up to 10 years without the rubber degrading.
