Rubber elbow and sleeves are manufactured from an extruded profile and formed on a tool with the appropriate shape so that, once vulcanized, it retains the shape. They are common elements in the cooling circuits of the explosion engines, with water circulating at temperatures not exceeding 100ºC. We also find them in the power and supercharging systems, turbochargers, air in explosion engines. However there are many other places where we can find them such as washing machines, industrial machinery, public works machinery … They can be manufactured from the simplest elbows without excessive demand to very complex elbows with strong pressure and / or temperature requirements.
